Thundermist Health Center is a non-profit community health center that has been serving Woonsocket, West Warwick, and South County for over 50 years. With a mission to provide comprehensive health care services, Thundermist offers primary medical care, dental services, mental health services, and pharmacy services in partnership with CVS/pharmacy to over 58,000 patients statewide. Their dedicated team of board-certified physicians, dentists, dental hygienists, and social workers work together to ensure patients receive holistic care, including food assistance, nutritional counseling, psychological counseling, and social service case management.
