Office: Urbandale, IA Coverage Areas: Polk, Dallas, Story, Boone, Jasper, Marion, Mahaska, Union, Ringgold, Guthrie, Greene, Floyd, Franklin, Grundy, Winnebago, Chickasaw Counties Family First Homecare’s Urbandale office is actively seeking compassionate and dependable RN/LPN nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric private duty homecare across multiple counties throughout Central and Northern Iowa. We offer flexible scheduling with a variety of day, night, weekday, and weekend opportunities to meet your availability. Current Coverage Areas Include: Polk County: Des Moines, West Des Moines, Ankeny, Pleasant Hill Dallas County: West Des Moines, Perry Story County: Ames, Slater Boone County: Ogden Jasper County: Newton Marion County: Knoxville Mahaska County: New Sharon Union County: Creston, Cromwell Ringgold County: Mt. Ayr Guthrie County: Guthrie Center and surrounding areas Greene County: Jefferson and surrounding areas Floyd County: Charles City Franklin County: Hampton Grundy County: Conrad Winnebago County: Forest City Chickasaw County: Nashua Coverage areas and specific cases are subject to change based on current census and staffing needs. Please inquire with our Urbandale office for the most up-to-date and accurate case availability. Compensation: • RN: $30 – $34/hour • LPN: $27 – $31/hour • $2/hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Available Shift Types: • Day shifts • Night shifts • Weekday schedules • Weekend-only opportunities • PRN and flexible scheduling options • Backfill opportunities available Clinical Acuities May Include: • Medication administration • G-Tube / Enteral feedings • Oxygen support • Seizure management • Trach/Vent Care • Additional acuities vary by case and location Requirements: • Active Iowa RN or LPN license • Pediatric, homecare, or skilled nursing experience required • Competency with assigned acuities • Reliable, professional, and family-centered #UPUrban Family First HomeCare, LLC is an Equal Opportunity employer.
