Start Date: ASAP Shift: 5x8 Duration: 13 Weeks • *Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days** Join our client's team as a Home Health Registered Nurse in the Indianola, MS area. This role is perfect for a dedicated RN with a passion for providing exceptional home health care. • *Position Details:** • 13•week contract • 40 hours per week • No on•call requirement • Flexible floating requirements • Must live within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing if traveling • All documentation must be completed the same day • *Requirements:** • Active RN License • BLS Certification • Minimum of 2 years of home health experience • Proficiency in HCHB/OASIS, with experience in Oasis E post•January 2023 • No more than a 1•year gap in experience • Ability to manage 20•25 cases per week, achieving 5•7 productivity points per day • *Additional Information:** • Orientation: 2•3 days, including modules and team introduction • Weekly in•office presence required (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) • Branch hours: 8 am • 5 pm, with potential for early or late patient visits • Homecare Homebase documentation must be completed at the patient's home This opportunity is ideal for a skilled RN ready to make a difference in home health care.
