3rd Grade 1:1 Pediatric Registered Nurse School Setting - Waseca, MN in Iosco, MN

This onsite, school-based contract position requires a compassionate healthcare professional skilled in pediatric nursing and capable of delivering both medical and paraprofessional support throughout the school day.

Location: Waseca, MN (Elementary School)

Schedule: 35 hours per week

Job Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one nursing care to a medically fragile student.
• Assist the student in daily activities within the classroom setting.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed throughout the school day.
• Accompany the student on the school bus, providing care during transportation.
• Coordinate closely with teachers, staff, and family members to support the students health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Minnesota RN or LPN/LVN license.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a school or pediatric care setting.
• Ability and willingness to accompany the student on the bus to and from school, parking personal vehicle at the students home.
• Strong compassion and patience focused on serving pediatric populations.
