Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time positions on the 3rd (11 PM–7 AM) shifts. All RN positions are 8-hour shifts — offering a balanced schedule that supports both your professional and personal life. We offer competitive pay (commensurate with experience) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires. Sign-On Bonus: • $10,000 for full-time RN candidates hired for the 11 PM–7 AM shift Required Skills and Qualifications: • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing • Valid RI RN license • Entry-level and new graduate RNs are strongly encouraged to apply — we are willing to train and provide full support as you build your nursing career! • Preferred experience in the geriatric field • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Positive attitude, integrity, and ethical awareness Duties and Responsibilities: • Work 8-hour shifts on the 3rd shift, including every other weekend and every other holiday • Supervise the facility as needed, including managing staffing concerns, assisting with admission paperwork, and covering a unit • Provide assistance and support to other nursing staff as required • Coordinate nursing activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations • Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the facility Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Rhode Island RN license (Required) Shift availability: • Overnight Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: • Cranston, RI 02921 (Required) Work Location: In person
