Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a flexible part-time schedule. We are looking for someone with experience in supervisory visits, as well as completing initial assessments/ renewals for family members. And doing so with the best of quality care, and compliance with program and state guidelines. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial nursing assessments for new members • Perform required supervisory visits for assigned members and caregivers • Ensure care plans are followed and updated as needed • Complete, accurate, and timely documentation • Communicate effectively with caregivers, members, and office staff • Ensure compliance with Medicaid waiver and agency requirements Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to members’ homes • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills • Experience with home care, Medicaid waiver programs, or case management preferred • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Pay: $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
