Required Skills: • Current RN license in the state of New Mexico or a valid compact license • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) • ACLS certification from the AHA • At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty such as MedSurg, Telemetry, or IMC • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Excellent documentation and patient education skills • PALS and CPI certifications are preferred, but not mandatory Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with respiratory care and complex patient management • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and protocols • Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication Preferred Education and Experience: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred • Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience in MedSurg, telemetry, or IMC settings • Previous travel nursing experience is advantageous but not required Other Requirements: • Start date: March 9, 2026 • Work schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, full-time • Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments • Current certifications and licensure must be maintained throughout the assignment • Willing to undergo onboarding, orientation, and competency validations • Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation may be necessary for some assignments This compelling opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $58.29, paid weekly via direct deposit.
