Role Overview:
Responsible for 24/7 management of the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage ED nursing staff
• Oversee patient care delivery and unit operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with hospital leadership on staffing, workflow, and patient experience

Requirements:
• BSN required
• Acute care Emergency Room experience required
• Prior leadership/management experience required
