Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Acute Care Registered Nurse based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing patient care in accordance with established protocols, monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. The nurse will prioritize patient safety, provide education to patients and families, and document care accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications • Strong clinical skills, including patient monitoring, administering medications, and performing assessments • Knowledge and experience in acute care, trauma care, and critical care settings • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams and patients/families • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to respond promptly in emergency situations • Commitment to compassionate care and dedication to improving patient outcomes • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospital setting or acute care environment is advantageous
