Registered Nurse - Float Staff 15k sign on bonus Full time position-12 hour shifts, A/M Rotations Registered Nurse Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various departments as assigned. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. • Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as per protocols. • Assist with patient education and emotional support. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings. Registered Nurse Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minnesota. • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. • Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in acute care settings. • BLS and ACLS certifications required. • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Flexibility to float to different units as needed.
