Full-Time: 60-72 hours per pay period Shift: Day/Evening shifts, 8-hour shifts, every other weekend Salary: $38.22 - $61.89 per hour. Overview: Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical General Care units, where you will coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and support patient education. You'll be part of a dynamic team, delivering care across all stages of the patient's journey, from assessment to transition. The role involves leadership, mentoring, and quality improvement efforts, with opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care, assess needs, and educate patients/families. • Perform routine and emergency procedures, including IV placements, blood transfusions, and catheter care. • Lead in preceptor roles and participate in team projects. • Flexible schedule, with the possibility of on-call and weekend shifts. • Recruitment incentives for new hires. Newly graduated nurses with less than 12 months of experience will automatically be enrolled in Clinic's Nurse Residency Program and receive extensive orientation.
