ACUTE REGISTERED NURSE- ICU
MLR is proud to partner with a respected healthcare system in South Carolina to fill this full-time ICU position. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes advanced patient care and professional development. Qualified candidates are eligible for a $7,500 Relocation Assistance package.
Shift Differential:
• Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM): $1.25/hr
• Nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM): $6.00/hr
• Weekends (Friday, 3:00 PM – Monday, 7:00 AM): $4.00/hr, including evening or night shifts.
Acute Registered Nurse- ICU Key Responsibilities:
• Full-time role: 72 hours bi-weekly; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic analysis.
• Provide nursing interventions in alignment with the Plan of Care and established standards of practice, incorporating physician-prescribed medical plans.
• Conduct Hourly Rounds following service excellence standards to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
• Foster an environment of compassion, respect, and care for patients, families, and visitors.
Required Education/Experience:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid South Carolina or compact (multi-state) RN license.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional ICU-required certifications preferred.
