Acute Registered Nurse
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Days/Nights (8x5 or 3x12)
Bonus: Up to $15,000 for Sign-On Bonus available
Nursing Modalities Available:
• ICU
• Cardac Cath Lab
• Med Surg
• PCU
• ER / ED Key Responsibilities for a Registered Nurse:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established policies and protocols.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Advocate for patients' rights and ensure that ethical and legal standards of care are maintained.
• Act as a liaison between patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing emotional support.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families.. Registered Nurse Requirements:
• ASN or BSN nursing degree
• RN License
• BLS Certification, ACLS Recommended
