Role Description This is a on-site role in Newark, DE, for an Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor. The Clinical Nursing Instructor will provide hands-on training to nursing students in clinical and classroom settings, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive nursing education and preparing students for careers in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating students during clinical rotations, providing guidance and mentorship, adhering to curriculum standards, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications • Knowledge of nursing practices, clinical skills, and an understanding of patient care processes • Experience in teaching or training in a healthcare or educational setting • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to mentor and support students in achieving their academic and professional goals • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware or eligibility for licensure • Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student learning needs • Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field (preferred but not required)
