Role Summary and Qualifications As an Adult Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include: • Assessing patient conditions and reporting any changes promptly. • Performing medical procedures as ordered and documenting care accurately. • Providing exceptional care by proactively addressing patient needs. • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to design a personalized treatment plan. • Acting as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and community resources. What you will need: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in an accredited program with completion within five years of hire. • Current Registered Nurse licensure with the relevant nursing board. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Preferred: National certification in your specialty area. • Required experience: At least one year in nursing.
