Quality Improvement: Analyze and evaluate nursing services to enhance resident care, developing systems that promote resident well-being and functional independence. RN License: Hold a current Registered Nurse license issued by the State Board of Nursing, with demonstrated managerial and administrative prowess. Preferably possess experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations, with at least two years of supervisory experience. Proficient in organizing and planning programs, assigning personnel, and evaluating reports and data to drive quality improvement initiatives.
