The Role Ironwood Family Practice is seeking a full-time Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP)—Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)—to join our primary care team. Providers practice in teams of two, ensuring strong collaboration, cross-coverage, shared patient panels, and smooth onboarding into IFP’s culture. This role is ideal for clinicians who value teamwork, continuity of care, and patient-centered medicine.
