Aesthetic / Wellness Registered Nurse in Newport Beach, CA

Job Title: Aesthetic & Wellness Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview: California Contour Clinic is seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Aesthetic & Wellness Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Newport Beach. Our clinic specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, Botox & dermal fillers, body contouring, peptides, and a variety of advanced wellness and regenerative services. The ideal candidate is confident, sales-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics and wellness, with strong clinical skills and excellent patient communication. This role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative medical spa and hormone optimization clinic. Responsibilities: • Perform and assist with aesthetic and wellness treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss protocols. • Provide patient consultations, education, and treatment recommendations in alignment with provider protocols. • Must be sales-driven with strong knowledge of our services and the ability to clearly and confidently communicate treatment plans and packages to patients. • Administer injections and IV/injectable therapies as applicable. • Perform and assist with Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and other device-based treatments. • Perform blood draws and assist with lab processing and documentation. • Manage patient flow to ensure smooth, efficient clinic operations. • Accurately document all treatments, encounters, and clinical notes in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. • Obtain and record vital signs and relevant patient history. • Utilize strong medical knowledge and clinical judgment to support patient safety and optimal outcomes. • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant treatment environment in accordance with all health and safety regulations. • Provide exceptional patient experience with a high level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. • Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, patient flow, and general clinic support. • Social media knowledge is a plus — assistance with Instagram stories/posts and content creation is a bonus. Requirements: • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. • Experience in aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, or medical spa treatments is highly preferred. • Injection experience (toxins, peptides, wellness injections, etc.) is strongly preferred. • Blood draw / phlebotomy experience preferred. • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems. • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. • Sales-minded, confident discussing treatment plans and packages. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
