As a registered nurse in this role, you will advocate for patients, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve while effectively communicating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team. Your contributions will create meaningful experiences for both patients and their loved ones.
This is a full-time, salaried position covering after-hours on-call shifts from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM Monday morning. You will have the support of our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department as well as your local hospice team. Qualifications:
• A heart to serve patients and families with passion for providing exceptional care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Required: Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs effectively.
