As a registered nurse in this role, you will be instrumental in communicating with the patient, their families, and the hospice care team, ensuring that every patient receives the compassionate and quality care they deserve. This is a full-time salaried position covering after-hours from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday. You will receive unwavering support from our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.

Qualifications:
• A heart to serve patients and families with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience is preferred).
• Requirements: Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 80-100 lbs, as well as perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and bending.
