As an After-hours Hospice RN, you will be a dedicated advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive exceptional care. Your role will involve collaborating with patients, families, and the hospice care team to provide the best support possible. This full-time position covers on-call hours from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday through Thursday, ending Friday morning at 8 AM. You will have the reassurance of being supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department as well as your local hospice team.

Qualifications:
• A genuine commitment to serving patients and families with compassion
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical care setting, preferably hospice
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift 80-100 lbs comfortably
