
After-Hours Hospice Registered Nurse in Columbus, GA

Overview: Join our devoted team as an After-Hours Hospice Registered Nurse! At Georgia Hospice Care, we believe that work/life balance is crucial for our nurses. As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will be the voice for your patients, actively engaging with them, their families, and the hospice care team to guarantee the highest quality care. In this role, you will:
• Advocate for your patients' needs.
• Work collaboratively with the hospice care team.
• Attend to patients after hours, from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday.
You will receive full support from our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team. Our Registered Nurses benefit from a nurturing leadership team and ample opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications:
• A passion for serving patients and families with the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current registered nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting (preferably hospice).
• Reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
