
Afterhours Registered Nurse in Floral, AR
Job Description
As an Afterhours Registered Nurse, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, continually assessing and enhancing your performance to provide exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial nursing evaluations to determine hospice service eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of referral.
• Assess and identify patient/family physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, with re-evaluations every fifteen (15) days.
• Initiate and coordinate the individualized plan of care while meticulously documenting clinical notes regarding the patient’s condition.
• Keep accurate records of problems, set goals, note interventions, and document patient/family responses to care.
• Collaborate daily with patients/families, attending physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Required Qualifications:
• Valid and unrestricted RN licensure.
• Current Driver's License with vehicle insurance, or reliable access to public transportation.
• CPR Certification.
• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and with patients from varied backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Compensation is based on various factors including local labor markets, experience, education, and certifications, among others. Our comprehensive benefits package includes incentive programs, stock purchase options, and a 401k plan (subject to eligibility requirements). Salaries for this role range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
