Full- Time LPN $7500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS Wage: 30.00 - 35.00/Hr. DOE Shift: Sunday through Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm with an On-Call Rotation (Schedule Subject to Change based on Community Need - Some Holidays may be Required) As a Nurse with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring our residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a current Nursing license in the state of Montana Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment 3-5 years of experience working in geriatric care is preferred Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses and clinical staff to design and implement care plans for each resident Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions Must exemplify the Touchmark values of Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity and Compassion Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality A successful candidate must possess qualities of leadership, responsibility, time management, compassion, and patience. Ability to observe resident behavior and communicate such in an intelligent and professional manner. Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors.
