Facility: Sanford Broadway Med Ctr Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Our team partners with our patients to guide them through their care-from diagnosis to treatment to disease management. Our team of expert pulmonologists will work with you to help patients manage their conditions and find treatments that work the best for them. This clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8: 00am-5: 00pm, no weekends, holidays or on-call. $15,000 Sign On Bonus Available for qualified applicants Answers patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing the severity of the patient's symptoms and medical needs according to triage algorithms. Guides the patient to the appropriate level of care; schedules patient appointments over the phone with appropriate healthcare providers/facilities/physicians. Documents information provided to patients during triage in health record systems; records patients health conditions for follow-up patient care. ensures patients' healthcare information is updated on time. Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. One year of healthcare experience preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.
