Job Description
Unit Description: Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in ambulatory primary care, where you'll play a vital role in managing patient care through telephone triage. This essential position involves assessing patient calls to determine the urgency of their medical concerns, guiding them on the appropriate level of care needed, and scheduling appointments effectively. Your critical thinking skills will shine as you work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for our patients. Experience: Greater than one year.
On-call: Not required.
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Experience in a specific clinical area as needed.
