Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Augustine, FL, for an ARNP (Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant) at FM Urgent Care. The role involves providing patient care services, including conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses or injuries, prescribing medications, and performing minor procedures. The ARNP or PA will collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care, while fostering a professional and compassionate clinical environment. Additional responsibilities may include patient education, managing follow-up care, and documenting medical records accurately and promptly. Qualifications • Clinical skills such as conducting physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, and performing minor procedures. • Strong communication and patient interaction abilities to explain medical conditions and treatments effectively. • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and healthcare documentation. • Knowledge of urgent care protocols and the ability to provide prompt, accurate treatment in a fast-paced setting. • Current ARNP or PA certification and licensure in the state of Florida. • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a team environment. • Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is highly beneficial.
