Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager assists in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through coordination of daily operations including clinical workflows, clinical staff training, and satisfaction of quality measures; maintains departmental supply needs and OSHA compliance. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the business and clinical operations of the department. Education & Experience : • Graduation certificate from an accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse), required • Current MS state licensure, required • BLS / CPR, required • Working knowledge of clinical workflows in an outpatient setting to provide superior patient care and assistance to physicians / providers, preferred Qualifications : • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Ability to maintain composure when confronted with fast-paced and stressful situations / timelines • Ability and desire to learn new technologies • Must be timely and dependable • Must be able to multi-task, work independently and be very detail oriented • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be able to complete documentation accurately • Must be able to follow existing workflows Physical Requirements : • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day • Constant keyboarding by means of a traditional keyboard. • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or reaching, both overhead and at or below shoulder level • Constant communication (including speaking and hearing) both face to face and over the phone Monday - Friday, 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
