Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking an exciting travel opportunity in the Medical/Surgical unit? We are offering a competitive 12-hour night shift position that allows you to make a difference while exploring new locations. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care during the overnight hours, providing you with a rewarding experience and the flexibility to expand your professional horizons.

Required Skills:
• Current RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license
• BLS Certification required
• Proven clinical skills in Medical / Surgical care
• Ability to assess and respond effectively to patient needs
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse patient populations
• Strong team player with professional reliability and adaptability

Nice to Have Skills:
• Previous travel nurse experience
• Additional certifications related to patient safety or specialized care
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse communities

Preferred Education and Experience:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Prior experience in Medical / Surgical units
• Knowledge of best practices for overnight patient care

Other Requirements:
• Current licensure and certification maintained without lapse
• Ability to handle physically demanding aspects of patient care, including lifting and transferring
• Compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

This position offers a hourly pay rate of $54.94, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
