Job Title RN - Tele Job Summary Travel Registered Nurse needed for a Telemetry unit in Derry, NH. The position involves providing direct patient care, monitoring telemetry, and responding to changes in patient condition. Key Responsibilities • Providing direct patient care to patients on the Med Surg unit. • Monitoring telemetry and interpreting cardiac rhythms. • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. • Documenting patient care accurately and completely in Meditech Expanse. • Responding to changes in patient condition and initiating appropriate interventions. • Participating in bedside care conferences and safety rounding. • Floating to other units as needed.
