A Brief Overview:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care by formulating nursing diagnoses, establishing care objectives, outlining interventions, and providing holistic support to patients and their families.
What you will do:
• Provide patient care by interpreting physician prescriptions, communicating care plans, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Create nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories and evaluating patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare requirements.
• Evaluate patient care by adhering to established standards and modifying care plans as necessary.
• Ensure a safe and supportive patient care environment.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in records.
• Maintain and troubleshoot patient care equipment.
• Manage inventory of patient care supplies efficiently.
• Continuously enhance nursing skills and competencies.
Essential Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Active license in the state of practice upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of clinical experience.
