About the Role: As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will apply the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation—to provide holistic care to patients of all ages. Your role will involve creating tailored education and care plans that support both patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement individualized education and care plans, ensuring the highest level of care for each patient. • Leverage your judgment and expertise to guide ancillary staff in delivering compassionate care. • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining patient confidentiality and addressing age-specific needs for comfort and privacy. • Complete annual competency requirements specific to your areas of responsibility. Qualifications: • Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
