Our client is seeking a Behavioral Health RN to provide direct patient care, clinical support, and coordination within an inpatient behavioral health environment. This role supports therapeutic interventions, ensures patient safety, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, patient‑centered, and skilled in supporting individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Work Schedule: Night Shift | 7PM-7AM Requirements: • Support therapeutic interventions and patient education. • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team. • Deliver safe, effective nursing care to behavioral health patients. • Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately. • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care. • Promote a safe, structured environment and respond to crisis situations appropriately. • Participate in unit operations, including shift coordination and task accountability. • Perform assessments, administer medications, and implement physician‑directed treatment plans. Qualifications/Must-Haves: • Current BLS certification. • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. • Current Iowa RN license or multistate compact license. • Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing. • Recent RN experience in an acute‑care or inpatient setting. • Strong communication, de‑escalation, and crisis‑intervention skills.
