Key Responsibilities
Provide nutritional support and counseling to patients with diverse health and wellness needs
Conduct coaching through telehealth formats and document nutritional care plans
Collaborate with team members and participate in monthly Case Reviews
Required Qualifications
3 to 10+ years of experience as a Board Certified Dietitian
Active RDN status and ability to apply for multiple state licenses
Language proficiency in English and Spanish
Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various nutrition counseling approaches
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment
