A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Telephonic Triage RN. Key Responsibilities Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls in a call center environment Document calls accurately and efficiently while monitoring productivity metrics Conduct assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance Required Qualifications and Education Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Access to a private space at home for patient privacy and high-speed internet
