
California Licensed Patient Experience Manager in Fulton, CA
Job Description
A company is looking for a Region Manager Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive consistent patient experience practices and apply standards across the region
Manage the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient experience programs and initiatives
Engage and collaborate with local market leadership and teams to optimize patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration with leadership experience
MBA or MHA degree preferred
Project Management experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB) is ideal but not required
