A company is looking for a Health Plan Quality RN.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical strategic management of Star Ratings and value-based performance strategies
Oversee and analyze regulatory guidance and data related to Star Ratings to identify risks
Coordinate activities to drive clinical improvements in provider engagement and member satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
RN with at least 2 years of health plan experience in Quality (HEDIS or Stars)
At least 3 years of clinical practice experience
RN license in the state of California (unrestricted)
Preferred certifications include CPHQ, CCM, or PMP
Experience in project management in the healthcare industry is preferred
