Camp Nurse – Seasonal RN Opportunity (Santa Barbara, CA)

Summer Contract | Girls Residential Camp | June 18 – August 12

A mission-driven girls’ camp in Santa Barbara is looking for an RN who enjoys pediatrics, community health, and the outdoors. If you’re a Central Valley nurse who doesn’t mind a summer on the coast, this gig offers solid pay, housing, and a supportive health team.

What You’ll Get
• $800–$1,000/week depending on experience

About the Camp

This camp centers on music, creativity, and empowerment. Girls spend their days making music, building confidence, and participating in a community built around inclusion, mentorship, and expressive learning. The environment is collaborative, warm, and deeply supportive.

What You’ll Do
• Daily med administration + first aid
• Maintain the Health Center & handle documentation
• Complete arrival-day health checks
• Communicate with parents when needed
• Provide ongoing wellness support to campers & staff
• Collaborate tightly with the Health & Wellness team

What You Bring
• Active California RN license
• CPR & First Aid
• 1+ years in pediatrics, school health, camp, or pediatric urgent care
• Calm communicator who’s great with kids
• EMTs, nursing students, and medical students with relevant experience may be considered
