• 0-2 years of CVL experience: $10,000 (2-year commitment)
• 3-4 years of CVL experience: $15,000 (2-year commitment)
• 5+ years of CVL experience: $20,000 (3-year commitment)
Core Responsibilities:
A cardiac cath lab nurse specializes in assisting with catheterizations, providing monitoring and examinations of patients before, during, and after procedures. You will be responsible for administering medications and supporting the medical team throughout the procedure.
Your duties will include:
• Preparing and caring for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures.
• Monitoring vital signs and delivering necessary care throughout the procedure.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educating patients and families on procedures, treatments, and post-procedure care.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications REQUIRED at time of hire
