Job Title: Cardiac Telemetry Services Registered Nurse Location: Independence, Missouri Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent Shifts: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation & Incentives • Hourly Pay: $32.00 – $43.00 (based on experience) • Night Shift Differential: +$3.00/hr • Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hr • Sign-On Bonus: $12,000 • (2-year commitment required) Job Summary A leading acute-care hospital in Missouri is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to care for patients with cardiac and complex medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to interpret ECGs, and rapid response to changes in patient condition. The Cardiac Telemetry RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, supportive environment with strong leadership and opportunities for professional growth.
