Job Description
This position is hybrid, HOWEVER most work is conducted in the field (in hospitals, patient homes, physician offices, etc.). Candidates for this position must reside in the Phoenix, AZ region. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Act as liaison between Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) centers, pulmonary physician practices, hospitals, Accredo Health Group (AHG) branch and sales team.Serve as primary resource for high volume regional PAH referral sources.Provide educational support and training to personnel and outside agencies, and institutions to ensure staff competency.Provide therapy specific training to patients as needed.Attend clinical support meetings with the Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group. Attend and represent company in national cardiopulmonary meetings.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingMSN degree preferred5+ years of intensive care nursing experience in Cardiac Care Unit, Pulmonary Care Unit, Open Heart Recovery Room, or in a clinical nursing role focused on the care of patients with diagnoses of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension or CTEPHValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel within a large geographic areaAbility to work Monday-Friday, day shift, as well as the ability to do occasional evening or weekend patient visits as neededAccredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, including Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders, and multiple sclerosis.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About Evernorth Health ServicesEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
