Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support. You will primarily visit patients within a two-hour drive of Los Angeles (approximately 80% of the time), but will need to have the flexibility to travel throughout the state approximately 20% of the time.Candidates must reside within one hour of LAX or Hollywood Burbank airports.This is a direct-hire, full-time position. In this role you will:Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy the autonomy that comes from working within a home care service.Assist patients who are initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key partnersParticipate in on-call as the business needs. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
