A specialized nursing opportunity is available for Registered Nurses experienced in Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care. Schedule • 4/3 shift rotation • Day shifts, three 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00) Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Valid California RN license required • Current AHA BLS & PALS certifications • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Pediatric CVICU; candidates with 5 years of Pediatric ICU experience considered • Preferred ACLS certification • Experience in PICU and NICU is a plus • Ability to float to other medical facilities within the health system Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Cardiovascular ICU setting • Monitor and manage patient conditions, treatments, and interventions with precision and compassion • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Maintain up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting assignments across various units as needed This contract opportunity is ideal for RNs seeking to utilize their Pediatric CVICU expertise in a challenging and supportive environment.
