Responsibilities: • Deliver expert nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) • Monitor and assess patients recovering from open heart surgery and other cardiovascular procedures • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions • Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and recovery processes Qualifications: • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license • Proven experience in Cardiovascular ICU nursing, specifically with open heart surgery patients • Excellent critical thinking and patient assessment skills • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with medical staff and families • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care standards Job Type: Contract position, ideal for a skilled RN seeking a focused cardiovascular nursing assignment.
