Key Qualifications & Experience: • Current, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid participating compact license • Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, with fresh open-heart surgery experience required • Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring, including familiarity with IABP and Impella devices • BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory; TNCC preferred • Flexibility to float among critical care and telemetry units as needed • Ability to adhere to established medication administration and patient safety protocols Work Schedule: • Night shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) • Weekend availability as required • Guaranteed 36 hours per week with limited call-offs during assignment Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality care to post-operative cardiovascular patients in intensive care • Operate and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring equipment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient care goals • Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner electronic medical records • Comply with facility standards and quality assurance protocols This contract opportunity suits a nurse passionate about cardiovascular critical care, seeking professional growth in a supportive environment.
