Key Requirements: • Currently active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Delaware. • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred. • A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting. • Extensive experience in Operating Room (OR) settings, with a strong background in CVOR. • CNOR certification is highly preferred; candidates must obtain certification within 6 months of hire. • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
