As a clinical expert, educator, and advocate, you will ensure that every patient receives top-quality care tailored to their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating patient care across the multidisciplinary team. • Acting as a liaison between patients, families, and team members, including physicians and nursing staff. • Providing essential resources and assistance in navigating clinical and supportive services. • Ensuring comprehensive communication throughout the continuum of care. Required Qualifications: • Current Montana Registered Nurse License. • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
