Description As a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Navigator, you will play a vital role on a multidisciplinary team, acting as a clinical expert, patient advocate, educator, and coordinator for patients undergoing structural heart procedures. Your responsibility is to ensure that all patients within the structural heart program receive high-quality and comprehensive care. You will oversee the coordination of patient care throughout the entire journey, collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team. Serving as the main point of contact, you will liaise with patients, families, referring physicians, and team members, including physicians, midlevel providers, and nursing staff, to facilitate access to clinical and supportive care services. Required Qualifications: • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire. • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position; placement will be based on relevant experience and other factors. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, and bonuses.
