Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Navigation team to research provider accessibility and appointments for members Streamline member experience by managing internal and external logistics and tracking administrative functions Build relationships with clinicians and service providers to facilitate patient acceptance and care coordination Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred Prior call center experience, preferably in an outbound production environment Exposure to medical benefits is preferred Experience with inbound and outbound calling preferred Prior experience in collections, customer service, or provider services
