Care Review Processor in Golden Valley, NV
Job Description
A company is looking for a Care Review Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Provides telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the care review team
Processes authorization requests and verifies provider information according to operational guidelines
Contacts physician offices to request missing information related to authorization requests
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare environment
Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor is preferred
Ability to work within regulatory and internal requirements for correspondence
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite or applicable software programs
Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs and systems
